Tramista

Tramista turns an image into 1-bit plates ready to print: Riso, screen printing, offset, engraving.

Patterns

• Reaction-diffusion (18 presets), mezzotint rocker, lines and engraving, spirals
• Classic AM and Bayer screens, blue noise, error diffusion (7 algorithms), flow lines that follow the image contours
• Custom pattern from any image

Inks

• Single ink, Riso spot inks (2 to 4) on a chosen paper, CMYK with GCR
• Duotone separation by tone or colorimetric separation by mixing, white underbase for dark textiles, angle and pattern per plate
• Auto levels, tone curve, dot gain, choke and spread, clean-up

Exports

• 1-bit PNG per plate, composite PNG
• SVG per plate or multi-layer, PDF of the plates with registration marks
• Batch of images and frame-by-frame video (ffmpeg required)

Licence

• Perpetual licence, verified offline, all updates included, no device limit
• Without a key, the trial keeps the full preview but limits exports to 1 Mpx and disables batch

Requirements

• Windows 10 or 11, Vulkan or DirectX 12 graphics card
• macOS 11 or later, Apple Silicon. Signed and notarized by Apple.

Everything runs on your machine, no image is ever uploaded. Projects and presets from Tramista 1 load as they are.
